Tuesday afternoon
Spend your Tuesday afternoons in the senior lounge where we will engage in a calm and focused activity. Whether you are experienced in knitting, sewing, embroidery or crochet, or just want to see what the fuss is all about, join us for a calm afternoon.
Friday
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Come spend your afternoon with us in the senior lounge and play a board game like scrabble or rummikub; feel free to bring your own!

Stay Young Through Fitness class designed to develop and maintain movement patterns that mimic real life. Class participants have the opportunity to reach, stretch, strengthen and bend through all planes of motion.
