Instructor: Shoshi Bassan
Shoshi Bassan has been cooking for as long as she can remember. She loves using fresh ingredients in her recipes, with lots of herbs that enhance her dishes. The kitchen is her sanctuary, and preparing food is her art. Her inspiration is the Machane Yehuda Market, often referred to as “The Shuk,” in Jerusalem, the market filled with beautiful fresh produce and spices of all colors and smells. Shoshi is in Houston working at the J as the community Shlicha.
