An Evening with Ziggy – Famous Deli Dishes!

Join deli master Ziggy Gruber for a once-in-a-lifetime experience learning to make some of his famous deli classics. Ziggy is a staple in America’s deli culture, so be sure not to miss this experience!

Ziggy Gruber is the owner and host at Kenny & Ziggy’s. Being a deli man is probably something he was destined to be as he is the third generation in his family to own a deli. He graduated from Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London before opening his first deli. Ziggy and Kenny & Ziggy’s are center stage in the 2015 documentary, Deli Man, which shows the people behind the food and traditions of delicatessens in Jewish culture.

Advance registration is required for all classes 24 hours before the class begins. Full refunds will only be given if a registration is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. We request that all participants arrive on time for classes. For some classes, late arrivals may not be able to participate in the class.
