Knead to Know: High School Teen Culinary Class

Join Chef Emily Hersh for a hands-on class where teens will learn the basics of focaccia bread making, from mixing and kneading to baking the perfect loaf. Once the dough is ready, you’ll get to customize your bread with a variety of delicious toppings. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and get ready to bake!

Emily Hersh is a Houston-based, Manhattan-trained plant-forward chef known for transforming everyday dishes into creative yet simple meals where vegetables take center stage. At just 22, she competed on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, finishing as a top 7 finalist, and has since honed her skills under culinary mentors like Gordon Ramsay and Michelin Star Chef Amanda Cohen.
