Swim & Sorry, An Interactive Poolside Tashlich
Send your sins down the slide or swim them away! Tashlich is the ceremonial “casting of sins” done between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Join the community for an interactive Tashlich activity, Shabbat prayers and the blowing of the shofar. The Shabbat ceremony and Tashlich activity will begin at 5:00 PM and the pool will remain open until 7:00 PM. Please feel free to bring your own dinner.
For ages 0-10 and their families. This event is free and open to members and the public, though advance registration is required.
Please note:
- Swimmers must pass a swim test to use the slide.
- Parents must accompany non-swimmers in the pool at all times.
- A limited number of life jackets will be available for children to use.
- Swimmers under the age of 3 must wear a disposable swim diaper and a reusable swim diaper in the pool.
