THRIVE is a day created by teens, for teens, focusing on the challenges teens face regarding mental health and how to cope with these challenges in a healthy manner through mindful eating, gratitude journaling, yoga, and much more!
J-Serve Houston will take place on April 6, 2025 and is an opportunity for teens to come together and serve their community.
